Budget Payment Program
Eliminate surprises and pay the same amount year-round.
The Budget Payment Plan (BPP) option is available to eligible customers to help avoid and budget against high energy bills in the winter months by spreading those costs throughout the year. Please note that your account must meet all eligibility requirements.
To enroll in Budget Payment Plan, please call Customer Service at 1-877-867-1642.
Eligibility:
- Customer Type: Residential and commercial customers with individual meters.
- Usage History: We need enough data (usually 12 months) to estimate your annual costs.
- Account Status: Your account must be paid in full, or you can agree to a simple payment plan to catch up on any older balances.
- Re-enrollment: If your plan was previously cancelled for non-payment, please contact us to discuss re-joining.

To confirm your eligibility, calculate your monthly payment, and enroll, please call Customer Service at 1-877-867-1642.
Budget Payment Plan Features:
- Predictable, manageable monthly payments
- Eligible customers may join in any month.
- Reviewed at least twice during the year to ensure you're on track
- Balance trued up in August; required changes in the monthly budget amount will be reflected on your September bill.
- Cancel anytime. Once enrolled, your account will remain on the Budget Payment Plan until you notify us that you wish to cancel this service or your account is not paid in full by the due date on your August bill.
