Help with Bill

We strive to provide you with reliable and essential energy delivery.
Our work doesn’t stop there — we also want to remind you of the many services designed to meet the variety of needs you or your family members may have.
Maine Natural Gas delivers the gas you buy from your gas supplier and does not profit in any way from the gas supply charges. Gas supply prices are expected to increase this winter and we understand that may be a challenge for you.
While we don’t control the supply price, we are here to help you manage your monthly bill.

Managing Your Monthly Usage
Start by looking at how you use natural gas. Here are some tips to help you get the most value for your energy dollar.
Programs and tools that may be able to help you manage your bill
      - Budget Payment Plan: Spread your costs evenly over 12 months and avoid the fluctuations – and any surprises – with winter heating bills. Learn more.
- Payment Arrangement: If you have fallen behind, call us. We can set up a plan to help you get caught up. Call 877.867.1642.
 LIHEAP Assistance
LIHEAP is Federally funded through the Department of Health and Human Services. The Federal government establishes funding levels annually. LIHEAP is targeted to low and very low income Maine homeowners and renters.
